The motor needed pulled out and the block was sent to be "cooked" and fluxed (or however you spell it, let alone say it) to ensure no cracks or problems. It passed that test and is presently being put back together with all new parts (essentially a brand new motor when complete). As of today, expected time is 3 weeks until complete, so that puts it around (give or take), June 28th area. The initial problem was a "lower bearing froze up on the crank" which caused it to immediately and excessively overheat the motor due to the friction. Thanks Trayer and hope all is well with you. Take care. Gigs
