This certainly is an interesting poll. There are a lot of dollars that are spent for equipment and the "tools of the trade."

I don't think it really matters which company is doing the selling. We buy from the salesman, not the company. Everyone bought from Allsafe when Randy worked there, now everyone buys from Moul's. Why? Because Randy works for them....
Randy is the epitomy of customer service....no matter who he works for....
If you want to see another fine example of customer service, check out Bob Brown from Fire Rescue Products. Bob is a rescue legend in the mid-state and has been at FRP for about 2 years now. All of my life, Bob has been a big scary SOB unless ya know him. He takes that attitude to the manufacturers and distributors for his clients. He has come up though the ranks and knows what it feels like. He will not steer you wrong.

Kevin and Jr at Mason Dixon are all about customer service. How many of the other sales reps tell you to call them anytime day or night when you have a screw up on the I and need foam or you break something and need it now if they have it you will get it!!! Us old folks thought there was no place like allsafe when fred and lee owned it . They Had Kevin , Jr,& Randy and them guys took care of their customers and they still do!!!!! Randy Hockenberry from Moul and Kevin & Jr From Mason Dixon have been good to all the departments in franklin county and surrounding areas. They remember where they came and try to stay evenly priced on items.but what alot of people have to realize is Randy has to answer to Mr. Moul where kevin and Jr its coming out of their pocket as far as profit

Kevin Moul and Randy have been great and like you said with Mason Dixon Robbie, Moul is also their for my department day or night. If we need something Kevin has told us numerous times to just pick up the phone and call him and he will get us what is needed no matter what time of the day or night it is. Kevin and Randy have great customer service and also are great with helping with donations or what for fund raisers that your departments may be having.

mason dixon was fu***** awsome until they were takin over by the fire store an then had new ppl come in there an there kinda d**ks
