Franklin County EMS Council Meeting Minutes January 21, 2008 - Meetings called to order at 1900 by President Bitner. - Monthly Business agenda was tabled for presentation on the new MCI/MFI plan by Jon Williams of Cocciardi and Associates, Inc. - Old Business – Nominations and Election for 2008 Officers. Follow up to a Motion Passed at the November 2007 meeting William Little presented that we had previously voted/passed to suspend the bylaws regarding nominations ands elections for the upcoming year. In support of the process change for this election the question was called to a vote again and passed unanimously. At this time the President called for nominations from the floor and received the following nominations; - President – Doug Bitner - Vice President – Ryan Byler - Secretary – Dave Lutz - Treasure – Darian Wadel There were no other nominations for the positions. - Motion was placed on the floor and passed unanimously that the Secretary cast a ballot for those nominated.
