I have been listening to your comunication on my radio, and it seems like their maybe a conflict with your command system with 3 personal. Involving unit 1-40 unit 1-41 and unit 1-43 My question is after you have command established and running smothly. and then you have these 3 gentleman ariving on the sene afterwards all of sudden they take over. Then its all changes to the point of destruction. I know that 1-40 is your captain and 1-41 is Lieut but 1-40 needs to chill and quit talking to you people like your animals over the radio. He has to understand that how is one suspose to get the training to be in comand if he wont let them have a chance. Its perfectly ok if he wants to observe the person in comand and give some advice but there is a limit to this . 1-40 and 1-41 has the right to do this but be decent about it and understandable. Another thing one does not go over someone elses head in another companies area and make decissions like 1-40 does remember you are only the captain in the Boro of Chambersburg outside of that area you are just a regular fire police that is suspose to follow the orders of the ranking officer of that area . YOU ARE NOT THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. Then you have the gentleman 1-43 he does exactly the samething that 1-40 does if these 2 wants to run the show then the rest of you should stay home and let these super heros do everything. Another question involving 1-41 he needs to make a decission eaither to be on the Fire Police side or the Fire Dept side. What gives this gentleman the right to give command while sitting in a Fire Engine? Just like 1-40 being in Air- 10 doing the samething. Where is your comand system? These are some examples that the rest of you may want to take in consideration when you have your election of officers. A word of advice vote on someone that will not let the rank of a this office go to their head and make sure his or her dedication is strickly with the Fire Police that they are apointed to.
