It's all in the leadership both administrative and fire line officers and unfortunately their isn't any. The president is a yes man to the board and the fire officers do as they please with No standards.
What's it going to take till they learn. I hope it's not a L.O.D.D.

Well, you can tell who the administrator of the OTHER Board is. Ironically, when the Big Saint Thomas Township Fire Department Breaking all the rules Questions came up, Ironically all the comments and pictures were deleted immediately. So I thought in response to this we would start the Top 10 reasons why not to run at STVFD are in the Fashion of Letterman:
10) You are probably more qualified to ride the trucks than the chief is to be in charge.
9) Hooked on Phonics worked for their President, Go Figure.
8) an oldy, but goody, Watch out here comes Sturtevant with the hook to save the day. Oops, are we insured for that damage to the station.
7) Chief 18 to headquarter's, oops what part of the county am I responding from today.
6) Free training for Dave's, can someone upright the whale.
5) Who needs instructor's, we know it all.
4) Regulations, take that peice of paper to the bathroom and you can use it for, well you get my point.
3) Asbestos, What is that, oh well I'm sure we checked that out already.
2) Maybe this burn we can handle with only calling 75%, of the county
and the number one reason not to join is ..............
Of course the house was going to burn down during training, we train to improve how far down we burn them, that is unless mutual aid saves our ASS.
