Previously, I was a member of this board thinking that it was a great tool to improve the fire service and after seeing the childish games that were being played, I decided I had better things to do with my time. However, after sitting in a local restaurant. listening to some people in the booth next to me, talking about the local fire service, I am amazed by the fact that there are some out there that believe that believe this board is the truth. The sad thing is that the general public hears these types of conversations and believe it. This post probably will be removed by the so-called self-appointed Administers (who have been unable to make it as an officer but they know everything) but if those that post on this board would devote even 1/4 of the time they spend on this, toward improving the fire service, we would have the greatest fire service available.
You might ask what the F--- are you trying to say. Well, why does people like Brian McCafferty , Waughie, Porch Monkey, Tower 56 keep proving their stupidness by their dumbfounded posts on here? Again, devote your time to the betterment of the fire service, leave those that you are jealous of alone. At least they are providing the service that they signed up for "Protecting Life & Property" and stop causing so much contention between people.
