What is the old saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" - "but remember a photograph is a snapshot in time." F/F Rick Rowe was only washing the mud and stones (bio-degradable) off the roadway. The crew up the hill had the “hazards” mitigated.
This is same old story; the ladder pipe was being moved when the newspaper reporter took the picture. The truck company really wasn’t washing the walls down either.......

Hey Maytag just talked to Rick at 1900 hours this date and he made reference to YOU AND HIM BEING IN THE SAME ROOKIE CLASS WAY BACK IN 1979. That was 27 years ago I was only 7 years old.
