Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Help, The issue is this site is not a government rup, operated to supported site, so the Consitution does not apply. The Terms of Service, to which all users AGREED to abide by rule what is allowed. So what are you getting at exactly?

Well Pleh or mainstreetchief whoever you are playing today this is how it goes. Like Tag said there is a TOS terms of service which is what you agree to go by when you registered for this site that is what applies here. You should haveread this as many accounts you have registered. So all I can say here and yes I'm going to be a prick about it is this "Live with it or don't post"!
