???i have a question, with hoping the general departments could help out with. What departments within the general area, have working chaplains, meaning, not so much within the administrative end, but on the working, physical end. Major incident, that involves so many people, does an organization have a chaplain to assist them, for not only spiritual help but mental as well? Looking for some thoughtful insight, thanks!

Tower56,
Most of the company chaplains that I have familiar with are name only. They may lead a prayer at the company meeting or the awards banquet, but they do little else. I hope that's not the norm, but in my experience, it appears to be.
Then mental help around here is left to the CISD team.

I run witha priest at school hes one of our officers while also being the chaplain. I have to say it is nice to have him on calls, not just for us but for those who are at thier worst.
