to all the families and friends of the relatives of virginia tech, i express my condolences. after what happend at around 7 am and then 9or 930, at 7 am 2 people are now dead because of a shooter, and now 31, including a second shooter are now dead, abominable. local pd just gave a live interview at 430 pm and after having almost 8 hrs to gather info from witnesses and so forth, his best answer is to the majority of the questions is " i don't know" or "i am still in the process of gathering info." the president of the university in my opinion should have shut the university down, because at this point in time, we still dont know if the first shooter is the second shooter, but we do know this, 33 young people are dead. his best excuse was you have approx 9000 students on campus but you have another 11000 coming into the university, you cant get to them all at once, hey mr pres, 1 shooter got to 33 people. how many more do you want on your conscience? then our illustrious mr president of the usa, stating he would offer services to assist in helping the university, hey mr pres, how about katrina people first, please, because they are still waiting. again to the families and relatives of those deceased, i express my condolences to you and your family.

Okay, I will make this short and sweet. The nation has just suffered the worst act of gun violence in the history of our country. There should absolutely be no one sitting on this site comdeming the president or anyone at this point. Questioning why the campus was not locked down will come later, Katrina's response is not in question here. It is time to show support to all the families and friends of all the vicitims and survivors in the horror. May we also pray for the police, fire, and ems responders who were forced to be in a situation that none of us ever want to be in. So please let's keep this as a tribute, a topic of public showing of support for our fellow man. Leave the questions that need answered to those that are investigating. Good Bless America and the Everyone at Virginia Tech and their families.

I agree with medic43. No need to criticize everyone right now. Even though this is still 3 days after the event, we need to let the investigation continue.
Mama' always told me that "If you ain't got nothin' nice to say, don't say anything at all...."
