Our Father in Heaven,
Great art Thou and holy is Thy name!
We implore Thee, swing wide the portals of heaven,
Embrace into Thine arms the Soul of our departed Brother, Keith Hess.
Bless and sanctify his sacrifice.
That he might dwell with Thee and all Thy Saints for all eternity in Thine everlasting glory!
Bring comfort and peace to his family.
Console them as they grieve and search for wisdom.
Strengthen them in their faith and give to them healing and courage to see them steadfast, through the many days ahead.
Bless his many supportive colleagues and friends.
Comfort them as they suffer and struggle through their feelings of loss and helplessness.
Strengthen them for the many days ahead.
Guide and sustain them in their glorious mission of service, healing and humanity.
Be with us all in the days ahead.
Give to us wisdom to see Thy plan for us in this uncertain and tumultuous world.
For we are Thy creatures, Thou created us from dust!
Forgive us of our many failings and our shortcomings.
Direct our lives, that all that we say and all that we do may be acceptable in Thy sight and glorify Thee.
That by our words and by our deeds, we may truly be the sons and daughters of our God.
Until that time, when we will all be together again with Thee and all Thy Saints in the Company of Heaven upon the sounding of the last trumpet.
