Cause of Death: Firefighter Moore was responding to the scene of a one-car motor vehicle accident when his POV was struck in the rear by a patrol car operated by a Sheriff's Deputy responding to the same call. Moore was not wearing a seat belt and was fatally injured. There was dense fog at the time of the incident which may have played a role in the incident.
