Cause of Death: While responding to an alarm (residential smoke investigation) in his POV, Firefighter Fugate lost control of the vehicle and crashed off of the roadway flipping several times ejecting him. Fugate was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt. He was transported to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.
