I saw Air 10 sitting outside on Philadelphia Ave. Is that where its being stored?

I noticed Air 10 sitting outside of a private residence on Philadelphia Avenue for the past few months. Maybe the powers to be are testing the waters for a new station to be located on Route 11 North of the big city. Or maybe, since the county seems to be building a garage for the buses on Wrinkle Butt Lane, it's sitting at a private residence awaiting it's assignment or parking stall in the new garage. Time will tell. At the very least, some one in the know will answer this post with an exciting fact filled answer.
