Blue Ridge Fire and Rescue and The Waynesboro Fire Department (TOGETHER) are hosting the Vehicle Rescue Technician course. Bucks County Community College - Public Safety Center Instructors Dana Baker and Ken North will be teaching this series of courses.
Vehicle Rescue Awareness April 2&3 2005 (0800 hrs) at South Potomac Street Fire Station
Vehicle Rescue Operations April 30 & May 1, 2005 (0800 hrs) at the Virginia Avenue Fire Station
Vehicle Rescue Technician May 7&8 2005 (0800) at the Blue Ridge Fire and Rescue quarters.
Students must attend 100% of the class!!!!
Students must pass each level, before attending the next course.
Students must be 18 years of age the first day of class.
Students must have turnout gear and note taking materials.
There is a written and practical TEST for each class.
If you plan to gain the Pennsylvania Pro-board or PA Health Department certification you must be an EMS First Responder or EMT. and have Haz-Mat Awareness.
The old Basic and Advanced Vehicle Rescue programs will NOT apply to this series.

So, Instructor, are there going to be actual vehicles at these classes? Just wondering...no particular reason.

Maybe you didn't know,I was hurt at work a few months ago and have been out of service. There were three officers that told me, that they could get the cars. I did not follow up, so I'll take the blame. I need to find out the details with Dana and I will call my favorite junk yard "Beecher's". Sorry about the mix up.

I don't understand this here. You say you were off work with an injury and couldn't do your job, but you could show up on fires with your gear and a pack on. Don't try to pull the wool over our eyes here. Good excuse by the way, I would have particularly went with the old my dog ate my planner one but still alright. Well till next time, Mr. BS is out

MR. Bull**** I wouldn't make claims against INSTRUCTOR unless you know all of the facts. I know he wouldn't be out running calls if he was out on an OJI.
