To the EMT-B instructors out there: just curious which EMT-B books you are currently using and/or prefer (Brady, Mosby, etc., etc.)?

Currently, the Emergency Health Services Federation is buying the AAOS Emergency Care and Transportation of the Sick and Injured, Ninth Edition Jones and Bartlett for the HACC classes in the Region.
This text is well supported with power point, work book, web site, practical skills DVD included with the text, instructor outlines and quizes, etc.
It's been some years for Brady however I had a chance to look at their paramedic textbook which is being used at Waynesboro and it is a nice book.
I doubt that anyone's publishing a, "bad" text but I would really like to see what Brady has done with the EMT text of late.

I was just curious because when I took EMT-B way back when, we used Brady. It seemed, for the most part, to do a pretty good job of covering information and it really helped when final testing/certification time rolled around. When I took medic, we used Mosby. I just wasn't impressed with the Mosby. I felt totally unprepared when they smacked that good 'ol Nat'l Registry test down in front of me although I am convinced there's not much one can do to prepare for the actual Registry experience... It's a unique one to say the least! Thanks!
