We have a discussion going on, what is your definition of a Truck Foreman / Engineer and what area their duties?

No, I don't know who....... Anyhow.... As defined, a (back in the day) Truck Foreman is the person in charge of the Ladder Company, also known (today) as the Truck Co. Officer or person overseeing the Company on a daily basis. The Engineer would be your Chauffer or Truck Driver. The Driver/Operator in today's world. Some departments still refer the driver/operator as the Engineer, or Technician. WHAT ABOUT THE BARMAN? ??
