Anyone have any info/specs on the new Squad 3 or Squad 7?
Seen on Co. 3's website they ordered a new Pierce Rescue Squad. Which chassis will it be on? Will it be Tandem Axel?
Also heard a rumor that Co. 7 ordered a Seagrave Rescue Squad, does anyone have any more info/specs on this? Will it be Tandem Axel?
Anyone know of anything else on order currently or any departments looking at replacing anything?

well just happens im a member of 3 i can give u all the details i have bought our new big pig an i hav little bit on 7s
We have a drawing that we've been scribbling on, and SHOULD have one from the vendor that shows where we've placed the electric and hydraulic reels, slide out trays, tool boards, absorbent hopper, etc.
Low down: 84 inch Pierce Velocity cab with a raised roof line to match the box height; Seating for seven; Storage and work area in the cab
Box: 22.5 foot (approx) Walk-around with steps up the back; (6) hydraulic reels- 3 on one side, 2 on the other and one in the front bumper; (3) electric reels- on one each side and one in the front bumper; all the other squad stuff including slide out tool boards, and a lot of space for storage/equipment
Be prepared to be seen.. lots of lights, chevrons and striping....an its unfortunatly a single axel
and wut ive heard on squad 7 its being bought from ite fom wut i heard its gonna be a 25 foot i think box tandem axel i belive its on there site visit our pro board 4 more on ours
